SWYSC Cancellation Policy
PART I - If the Soccer Club is forced by mandate or other directive issued by either the WA Governor’s office, a Public Health Body or Washington Youth Soccer to cease/suspended practices for whatever reason – The Club will reimburse players a percentage of their registration fee paid, based on the number of practices completed that entire season. The following policy is not affected by the numbers of games played or cancelled. This is based on the Club invoking the Cancellation, not the player:

< 25% | 75%
25 - 49% | 50%
50 - 75% | 25%
> 75% | 0%
Refunds will be assessed at the end of scheduled Season – in case directives are temporary and practices can resume.
PART II - If a player decides to fully leave their team within the first 8 days of their team’s scheduled / initial practice – They shall be entitled to a full refund less a $10 administration fee.
All Uniform fees are non-refundable
The Club reserves the right to consider extraneous circumstances for other refund requests, on a case-by-case basis.
